Day 1 ( 17 Feb 2014): Arrive to Ho Chi Minh city – no services today

Day 2 ( 18 Feb 2014 ): Ho Chi Minh city tour full day ( Lunch including )

Today we spend a full day seeing some major sights of the city. We pass the now-demolished wartime American Embassy before we visit the Reunification Palace which was the former residence of the President of South Vietnam until end of April 1975, and some French colonial structures including the Notre Dame Cathedral, the Old Sai Gon Post Office. After seeing the Jade Emperor Pagoda and the War Remnant Museum, we continue our trip on to the bustling Ben Thanh Market where anything and everything is for sale! Then free walk around with our tour guide assistance at Saigon’s Chinatown, which is crammed with sacred temples and mysterious, narrow lanes. Tour finish at our office. Day 3 ( 19 Feb 2014): Ho Chi minh – Mekong – My Tho full day ( L/D )
Morning start from our office at 3rd Floor, Ben Thanh TSC Building, No. 186-188 Le Thanh Ton Str, District 1, at 8 AM, leaving Ho Chi Minh City, travels to Cai Be, we drive for about 2,5 hours. Vivid farming activities and the riverside life of the Mekong Delta can be seen en route. Take a boat trip from Cai Be along the mighty Mekong River and its tributaries to view the riverine of local people who work and play on the waterways of the Mekong Delta. It would be a miss if we do not visit floating market at Cai Be, and a family-run workshop making popcorn, pop-rice and rice paper. A taste of these local products with green tea brings you a great feeling in tropical weather. Lunch will be set up in a local house that located on an island, which is fertile place for different fruits and trees. After lunch, taking a short nap on a hammock under the shady garden or you also can do cycling along the village paths to enjoy the beautiful of country side. Lastly, the cruise will transfer us to Vinh Long city where we take our vehicle to Can Tho – the heart of Mekong Delta. Overnight in Can Tho in homestay.
Day 4 ( 20 Feb 2014 ): Can Tho - Cai Rang - Ho Chi Minh – Fly to Siem Riep at 19.10-20.10/VN 815 (B/L)
Early morning today, we will take the boat trip to visit the famous Cai Rang floating market with the busy sense right at the time. This is a biggest floating market in Mekong Delta where you can see the daily life and local people selling their products on boats. After that, we are back to hotel for breakfast then heading back to Ho Chi Minh City and then transfer to Tan Son Nhat airport for flight to Siemriep at 19.10.

Day 5 ( 21 Feb 2014 ): Siem Riep tour ( B/L )
Breakfast at hotel, Heading out of town we make our way by traveling on a newly paved road to the intricately carved and well preserved temple of Banteay Srei. Along the way we make stopover at the Preah Dark village and we follow these with a visit the Banteay Samre Temple adorned with impressive relief’s depicting scenes of Vishunu as well as Krishna legends. Afternoon, we explore the jungle covered temple of Ta Prohm is an incredible sight. There are enormous fig trees and gigantic creepers which embrace themselves in the stone foundations of the structure giving the impression of man's creation being reclaimed by the powerful forces of nature. We also explore the grand circuit with Preah Khan, Kravan, Neak Pean, Krol Ko, Ta Som, East Mebon and Pre Rup Temples where we will view the sunset for the end of the day. Day 6 ( 22 Feb 2014 ): Siem Reap Tours (B/L)
An early bird special: Transfer to Angkor for sunrise earlier in the morning. Return for breakfast at the hotel. Continue your visit to the wondrous ancient ruins with the South Gate of Angkor Thom, which is famous for its series of colossal human faces carved in stone, the impressive Bayon Temple, the Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, the Elephant Terrace, the Terrace of the Leper King and the largest as well as the most complete temple of Angkor Wat. This architectural masterpiece was constructed in the 12th century and covers an area of about 210 hectares. We stroll around this massive edifice, seeing the many galleries with Colums, libraries, pavilions, courtyards and ponds full of water reflecting the towering temple. Early evening, you will be taken by Tuk Tuk, a small open-sided taxi common in Cambodia, to cruise around the suburb of Siem Reap town and for a blessing ceremony by Buddhist monks for happiness, prosperity and safety for your journey. Day 7 ( 23 Feb 2014 ): Siem Reap – fly to Danang at 2000 2215 by VN 824 / Hoi An (B)
After breakfast, take a walk along the road in front of the King’s Residence to see the Main Shrine, where the local people usually worship, with its statue of Yeay Teap, Preah Ang Chek and Preah Ang Chorm. Buying jasmine and lotus flowers to worship is very important for the Cambodians. We continue to one of the city’s lively open markets, Psar Chars, also called the “Old Market”, surrounded by elegant French Colonial colonnades! Then continue to Wat Bo, a large, highly respected pagoda, founded in the 18th Century. Like the Silver Pagoda in Phnom Penh, the vihear of Wat Bo contains unique wall paintings of the Reamker that are said to be late 19th Century. Look for the daily-life market scenes such as an opium smoking Chinese merchant, the colonial era French officer at the market and the French soldiers attending a traditional dance performance. Also of interest is the large collection of Buddha statues located behind the main Buddha. The same afternoon, drive to Choueng Kneas village, where you will take the boat to visit the way of life Cambodian poor people along with schools, restaurants, hospitals and much more floating on the great lake of Tonle Sap. Transfer to the airport for the flight to Danang at 20.00.

Day 8 Feb ( 24 Feb 2014): Hoi An ½ day tour ( L )
Morning in Hoi An. It is light excursion to go around tiny town of Hoi An for city tour: 400 years old Japanese Bridge, 300 years old Chinese temple, 200 years old Vietnamese former merchants' house. Tour finishes for lunch.

Day 9 (25 Feb 2014): Half Day Hai Van Pass & Lang Co Beach from Hoi An (L )
From the hotel we will depart to Ngu Hanh Son (Marble Mountain). Here we will discover the stunning natural caves of the mountain and enjoy the beautiful view from the top of the mountain. We will also visit mysterious pagodas and the sculpturing village. And then we will continue to Hai Van Pass. On the national highway-01, Hai Van Pass is an impressive landscape. It is like a giant dragon, lying on Highway-01 on the border between Thua Thien – Hue Province and Da Nang City. This is the highest pass in Vietnam (500m above sea level). Next to Hai Van Pass is Lang Co Beach; with its gradually slopping, white sand beach, the average depth of less than 1m and the average temperature in the bathing season of 25°C, Lang Co is an ideal beach for tourists. From here, we will return to Hoi An.

Day 13 ( Sat 1 Mar 2014 ): Phu Quoc – fly to Ho Chi Minh city – ½ day Cu Chi tunnel tour ( L )
Pick up at our office for lunch and start to visit Cu Chi half day tour. Excursion Cu Chi Tunnels, an underground tunnels network constructed by Vietnamese fighters during the struggle for independence. It took about 25 years to build this underground city, which has living rooms, kitchens, hospitals, weapon factories, storage facilities and command centre. The tunnel system was an excellent way for the Vietcong to move around the countryside undetected by the Americans and home to around 10,000 people who lived underground for several years.
Before we go underground, we watch a short introductory video showing how the tunnels were constructed. We then spend the next hour exploring the maze of tunnels. Also on display are various mantraps and the remains of an American tank as well as numerous bomb craters made by 500 pound bombs dropped by B52 bombers. We then drive back to Ho Chi Minh City. Tour finish at our office. End of services.
